As the Okta Identity Engineer, you will be part of a growing team to help support projects and serve as the subject matter expert, responsible for architecting, designing and implementing a variety of identity and access management solutions
*Candidates being considered for this role must currently reside in US Eastern Time* What You Will Be Doing Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions
Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to include cloud/SaaS to streamline authentication and authorization processes
Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta
Design and develop automation with various applications and systems using Okta Workflows and/or approved AI-powered tools
Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Continuously monitor identities, access rights, and usage patterns to proactively mitigate risks and enhance the organization’s security posture
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and implement identity management solutions that meet business needs
What You Bring 5+ years of IT experience, 3+ years of Okta experience Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution
Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture
Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAu
