Drive operational excellence and employee success as an HR Manager at our Lewisville Fulfillment Center

The opportunity: The People team is at the heart of Flexport's growth, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to redefine global trade. As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our rapidly expanding Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce. You'll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly

You will: Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters

Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies

Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center

Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies

You should have: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse)

Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces

Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives

Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

A 'compliance first' attitude to keep our regulators happy and enthusiastic about Flexport since we operate in a heavily regulated industry
