About the Role This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices. Mixpanel's People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent. As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and people managers as a consultative partner — providing HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle to support strong teams, a great employee experience, and business results
This role will report to the Senior People Business Partner for Go-To-Market (GTM), and work as an embedded piece of the EMEA GTM organization, partnering with the leadership team and People functions to provide a best-in-class employee experience for all Mixpanelers
The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of HR and a strong foundation in employment practices across EMEA. You bring strong EQ, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate people situations with care and clarity in a fast-paced environment
