Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience building production-quality systems software with a large user base, robust design structure, and rigorous code quality Experience with large backend/compiled codebases and performance-sensitive software, preferably in Rust Bonus points for experience working hands-on in security-sensitive or networking-adjacent domains Strong systems fundamentals, including multi-threaded programming and performance profiling. Bonus points for: Understanding of network protocols, TLS, and connection lifecycle management
Familiarity with security concepts such as attack surface reduction, input validation, memory safety, and defense-in-depth architectures
