In this role, you will Strategically Guide Tech Recruiting: Partner closely with key stakeholders in senior leadership and C-suite roles to synchronize talent acquisition strategies with broader business priorities. Build and evolve a framework that positions tech recruiting as a proactive business partner Drive Operational Excellence: Refine, optimize and enable recruiting systems and workflows to ensure highly efficient execution. Empower your team to deliver measurable outcomes through best practices, streamlined processes, and innovative tools that drive scalability Coach, Develop, and Lead Your Team: Provide intentional leadership to your group of high-performing recruiters.
