About the role: You will drive the strategy and end-to-end implementation of programming focused on optimizing the provider experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally and partner closely with internal teams to manage complex project plans and deliver impactful outcomes. You will leverage data to build compelling narratives and make informed decisions and solve end-to-end challenges and bring a strong ownership attitude to achieving team goals
You will report into the Director, Strategic Planning
Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $134,136 - $176,053 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses
Responsibilities: Help achieve and execute the strategy for department-specific programs Manage important cross-functional projects from definition to delivery, including project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, and post-launch iteration
Define success criteria and use data fluency to analyze performance, own root-cause analysis, and implement mitigation strategies
Evaluate existing workflows to identify gaps and build operating plans that improve department projects
Improve consensus and align with leadership on overarching needs, building complex projects
Help grow direct reports (as applicable) and provide mentorship to promote colleagues' professional development
