About the role: The Senior Manager, Insurance Growth Strategic Implementation is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of high-priority insurance growth initiatives- from concept through go-live and transition to steady-state ownership. You'll serve as the primary driver of execution for complex, cross-functional implementations, taking full accountability of day-to-day program management and execution. These are high-visibility and high impact initiatives such as new partnerships, reciprocity arrangements, and net-new product launches
You'll operate at the center of delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise timelines. These timelines include filings, OE, and 1/1 readiness. Meanwhile, you'll proactively manages risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
You will report into the Director of Insurance Growth Strategic Implementation
Work Location: This position is based in our Temp, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $134,136 - $176,053 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses
