Role Summary Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Hybrid Full-time We’re looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across the region. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, product adoption, retention, and long-term revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a lifecycle marketing expert with a strong growth mindset, capable of combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

What you’ll do: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contributor to lifecycle marketing strategy and tactics for the region Act as a thought leader in identifying customer engagement opportunities and developing champion/challenger strategies to continuously optimize performance Partner with Regional GTM, Marketing, and key stakeholders to localize and enhance existing customer journeys Analyze critical customer touchpoints and maximize commercial opportunities through timely and relevant engagement strategies Track, report on, and analyze key performance metrics to identify ongoing opportunities for program improvements Drive customer revenue and profitability through increased engagement, product adoption, retention, and lifetime value Innovate and experiment with
