Role Summary As a Partnerships Manager, EMEA at Payoneer Workforce Management (WFM), you will play a critical role in building and scaling our partner ecosystem across the region. As the first partnerships hire for WFM in EMEA, you will lead the development of strategic relationships that drive revenue growth, partner success, and market expansion. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and global partnerships teams to turn partnerships into a key growth engine for the business
What You’ll Do Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with EOR resellers, corporate secretarial firms (ISP/CSP), recruiters, and the PE/VC ecosystem across EMEA
Drive partner activation by enabling partners to successfully refer clients or resell Payoneer WFM solutions
Manage and optimize partner referral processes to ensure seamless collaboration and conversion
Plan and execute co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content partnerships
Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales and Account Executives to convert partner referrals into revenue-generating deals
Build and refine scalable operational and commercial frameworks for partner success
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on partner strategy and execution
Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales and strategic business development
Proven ability to independently build and close partnership deals
Experience working with financial institutions and navigating risk and compliance considerations
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and optimize partner processes
Excellent relationship management skills, with experience engaging founders and senior executives
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Deep understanding of EMEA’s professional services, venture, and tech ecosystems
Background in fintech or HR tech (preferably EOR) Experience in high-growth startups or SME-focus
