Role summary – As a Mid-Market Sales manager based in India, you will manage a team responsible for onboarding customers and driving inbound revenue from leads across multiple regions in a fast-growing fintech environment
This role focuses on converting inbound demand into scalable revenue through fast lead engagement, onboarding support, KYC completion, and transaction activation. You will lead a team engaging clients via tele-calling and multi-channel outreach to maximize conversions and customer experience
You will monitor team performance against KPIs including revenue, transactions, conversion, productivity, and SLA adherence while maintaining quality and compliance standards
Strong leadership is essential to train, motivate, coach, resolve operational challenges, and work with management to continuously improve performance and business outcomes
