Customer Success Intern Role summary - As a Customer Success Intern, you will support the CSM team by taking ownership of operational and analytical tasks that enable more efficient project execution and performance tracking. You will work closely with CSM Leaders to manage ongoing project follow-ups, ensure clear progress tracking, and support data-driven insights. You will gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional coordination, and performance analysis within a fast-paced customer success environment
Location: Shenzhen On-site Internship/Part-time What you’ll do Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure progress visibility and timely execution Support data analysis and reporting to monitor team performance and key metrics Assist in coordinating cross-functional requests and internal follow-ups when needed Help maintain structured tracking mechanisms (e.g., project trackers, reporting dashboards) Support preparation of internal review materials and documentation Who you are Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, or a related field and to graduate before September 2027 Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You take pride in accuracy and creating order
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Cross-cultural sensitivity; international experience or additional language skills are a plus
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take on various administrative tasks to support the team
Interest in sales, technology, and international business. Curiosity and eagerness to learn are essential
Available to start immediately for year-round internship (preferred)
