Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Role summary- This role drives growth across Payoneer’s eCommerce clients by managing key relationships, optimizing customer success, and delivering revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic go-to-market initiatives

Location: Shenzhen On-site Full-time What you’ll do Oversee and manage existing e-Commerce client relationships and play an active role in developing and building long-term relationships with top customers to develop value propositions that address client needs

Be proactive in strengthening existing relationships and creating new ones to maximize acquisition, retention, and up-sell/X-sell related solutions and services

Growing the company’s capability to serve e-Commerce trade and develop the vision and plan to execute a go-to-market strategy, collaborating with the analytics

Be accountable for increasing user health, managing day-to-day operations, and scaling the team

Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape business solutions to meet customer needs

Drive events, below the line activities and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness

Other related duties assigned as needed Who you are BA Degree or equivalent, master’s degree is a plus 5+ years of experience in business development or account management 2~3 years of e-Commerce experience is a must Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Have basic data analysis skills and data driven mindset Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders at different levels Passionate for entrepreneurship, self-motivated, self-disciplined, problem solving, results and detail oriented to grow regional B2B business to grow through current business expansion and to expand with new initiatives Language – Fluent in English / Chinese MS Office: proficient in PPT / Excel The Payoneer Wa
