About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with our Marketing teams at a high growth pre-IPO startup, as part of Verkada’s growing Strategic Finance & Business Operations team. You will play a critical role as an analytical thought partner to our CMO, Data Science, and Demand Generation leaders to help manage spend allocation decisions and better understand the efficacy of our Marketing programs, as well as help lead quarterly business reviews, define top level goals and key business metrics, and manage other executive operating rhythms. This role will report directly to the VP of Strategic Finance & Business Operations
In this role, you will: Be the primary business partner to the Marketing org, including owning all budgeting and planning Shepherd the planning and goal-setting process for Marketing-driven pipeline, ROI, and budget allocation, and align these to the broader topline goals of the company Help generate insights around the performance of our various acquisition channels and marketing programs across the funnel / buying lifecycle Tackle critical change projects within Marketing that will help us operate the business at the next level of scale We’re looking for: 6-8+ years of progressive high growth experience
You’re coming to us from a Growth, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or other highly analytical role at a fast growing startup, and may have begun your career in investing, management consulting, and/or investment banking. Prior experience working on or closely partnering with data-driven Growth teams is
