As our Senior Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager

Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company
Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions
Think outside of the box to engage with top talent Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience
What You Bring 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent
