About the Role As a Sr. Channel Enablement Program Manager, you will be the architect and driver of growth for our channel partner ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role designed for a "strategic doer"—someone who can envision a long-term competency roadmap while simultaneously executing the tactical elements that make it a reality. You will bridge the gap between internal strategy and external partner success by building scalable, repeatable learning frameworks that directly improve partner performance and empower them to drive revenue
What You'll Do Responsible for spearheading the development, execution, and communication of the business impact of ongoing learning initiatives across our channel partners Design and execute on program and process frameworks that exhibit repeatability and scalability within the business, catering to the broader objectives of our Channel function Strategically establish, oversee, and expand learning and competency development programs that tangibly enhances the business processes of our channel partners, as well as how our internal team interacts with the channel Collaborate closely with our crossfunctional teams (eg. Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement) to craft instructional content, and manage our partner learning portal Forge strong partnerships with sales leadership and channel business partners to pinpoint and prioritize enhancements for the ongoing program(s) Regularly report on the performance of channel enablement programs and communicate business impact through quarterly busines
