Role We are looking for an AI-Forward Senior Technical Trainer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA role, reporting to the AMS Delivery Leader in the Zscaler Cyber Academy (Product) department. A Senior Technical Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced educational programs that empower customers, partners, and internal teams to master complex technologies. In this role, you will not only teach cutting-edge cloud security concepts but also pioneer the use of Artificial Intelligence to scale our learning initiatives. By combining a deep technical understanding of AI integrations within our products with the application of AI tools in curriculum development, this role directly drives product adoption, enhances user success, and accelerates organizational growth
