RESPONSIBILITIES:: Business Impact Analysis: Measure how platform and security changes — such as authentication flows, account policies, and infrastructure decisions — affect key business metrics including conversion, engagement, and retention. Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to quantify the tradeoffs between security controls and member friction, informing product roadmap decisions. Conversion & Funnel Analytics: Analyze member sign-in and purchase funnels across mediums and authentication methods, identifying drop-off points and recommending optimizations. Cost & Infrastructure Analytics: Partner with Finance on Gross Margin, COGS, and cloud hosting cost analysis, helping the team understand unit economics and availability tradeoffs. Reporting & Visibility: Build dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into the account, password, and security landscape - tracking progress toward team goals. Strategic Partnership: Serve as the analytical thought partner to the team
QUALIFICATIONS:: 5–7 years of experience in a deeply analytical role, preferably within a product, platform, growth, or engineering-focused environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Strong track record delivering value in an analytics organization - preferably in a direct-to-consumer or technology environment. Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders. Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required, Python experience a plus. Strong oral and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency with data visualization tools.
